Virtual Film School’s Sites

Virtual Reality Platforms

When you use any of the Virtual Film School education software or applications on a virtual reality platform, we may collect and record certain information such as your unique device ID, hardware type, media access control (“MAC”) address, the version of your operating system (“OS”), your device name, your email address (if you have entered your email as part of a game), your phone number (if you have entered your phone number as part of a game) and your location (based on your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address).  This information is useful to us for troubleshooting and helps us understand usage trends. 

In addition, we create a unique user ID to track your use of our Service.  This unique user ID is stored in connection with your profile information to track the Virtual Film School education software you are playing.

Customer Service

We may collect your email address when you contact our customer service group and we may use that email address to contact you about your gaming experience with Virtual Film School education software and notify you about company news and promotions.

Game Data Collection

Whenever you play , we collect data about all of your interactions with the game and with the other players inside the game via server log files.  We do not store information on 3rd party servers but may store information on servers and equipment in other countries in the future.

We may also acquire information from you through your participation in surveys regarding the Service.
